My family owns & operates three Loving Huts in Glendale and two in Tempe, AZ since 2009. I am involved with all aspects of the restaurant from interior design, graphics, hiring, training, cooking, prepping, inventory, financials, and more. This experience helped me design for 60 other vegan restaurant from areas involving dining, kitchen, storage, & restrooms.

My full time job is operating my family's businesses:
Three Loving Huts in Arizona.
My part time job is to help with design and consultation for various groups, organizations, companies and restaurants. Mostly contract work with Loving Hut, other vegan restaurants in USA and worldwide. Including locations in California, Arizona, and Iceland.
My responsibilities include lead in interior / graphic design, project management, working with other designers / architects, and consultation.

My responsibilities included: lead in interior / graphic design, project management, website design, travel, photography, and consultation. Loving Hut is the largest family of vegan restaurants in the world.
